本文引用地址:http://2s4d.com/article/95315.htm由于在SMPS中采用軟開(kāi)關(guān)拓?fù)淠軌蛱岣咝始敖档虴MI,設(shè)計(jì)人員在自己的電源設(shè)計(jì)中開(kāi)始不斷采用這種新興方案。傳統(tǒng)上,設(shè)計(jì)人員使用分立元件加控制器的解決方案來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)軟開(kāi)關(guān)。但現(xiàn)在,集成了SuperFET和PWM IC的功率開(kāi)關(guān)可以提供一個(gè)非常適合于具成本效益軟開(kāi)關(guān)轉(zhuǎn)換器設(shè)計(jì)的基本平臺(tái)。通過(guò)集成保護(hù)功能并采用間歇工作模式,功率開(kāi)關(guān)技術(shù)可大大提高可靠性,同時(shí)又降低功耗,滿足“綠色”標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的嚴(yán)格要求。
