FSR2100是高度集成的高效半橋諧振型電源控制器,可簡化設計,提高生產(chǎn)力和改善性能。FSR2100集成了帶快速恢復體二極管的功率MOSFET,高邊柵極驅(qū)動電路,精確電流控制的振蕩器,頻率限制電流,軟起動和內(nèi)置的保護功能,高達300kHz工作頻率,主要應用在PDP和LCD TV,臺式PC和服務器,適配器,通信電源和音頻電源。
