開關(guān)電源中X電容和Y電容設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)則分析
開關(guān)電源的X電容設(shè)計(jì)準(zhǔn)則:
參考AD1118 X電容放置原則:
1.共模扼流圈前:105/275VAC(MKP/X2)
2.共模扼流圈后:474/275VAC(MKP/X2)
參考MW SP200-12 X電容放置原則:
1.共模扼流圈前:1uF/275VAC(MKP/X2)
2.共模扼流圈后:0.33uF/275VAC(MKP/X2)
參考MW S145-12 X電容放置原則: 開關(guān)電源的Y電容設(shè)計(jì)準(zhǔn)則: 參考AD1043的設(shè)計(jì): 參考康殊電子的設(shè)計(jì): 參考MW S-145-12的設(shè)計(jì): 參考MW S-200-12的設(shè)計(jì): 根據(jù)上述說明,Y電容設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)則如下:(可適當(dāng)選擇)
1.共模扼流圈前:0.22uF/MKP-X2-250VAC/275VAC(GS-L)
2.共模扼流圈后:0.1uF/MKP-X2-250VAC/275VAC(GS-L)
一般兩級(jí)X電容,前一級(jí)用0.47uF,第二級(jí)用0.1uF;單級(jí)則用0.47uF.目前還沒有比較方便的計(jì)算方法。(電容容量的大小 和電源的功率無直接關(guān)系)
大地=PGND(or CHGND)
參考AD1118 Y電容放置原則:
1.市電輸入L/N線對(duì)大地:(2顆472/250V Y2)
2.市電經(jīng)過一級(jí)共模扼流圈后的兩線對(duì)大地:(2顆472/250V)
3.整流橋輸出的低壓端(變壓器初級(jí)低壓端)對(duì)大地:(1顆222/250V)
4.6組低壓直流輸出88V1對(duì)大地:(各1顆103/1KV Y1)
5.6組低壓輸出輔助電源AGND(變壓器次級(jí)低壓端)對(duì)大地:(共用1顆103/1KV Y1)
6.變壓器初級(jí)低壓端對(duì)變壓器次級(jí)低壓端:(共用1顆103/1kV Y1)
1.市電輸入L/N線對(duì)大地:(2顆222/250V Y2)
2.市電經(jīng)過1級(jí)共模扼流圈后的兩線對(duì)大地:(2顆472/250V Y2)
